I used Infusionsoft in the past and then stopped using it for quite some time. So long that I didn't even remember I had an active account.

My credit card on file then expired and charges to them didn't go through. Instead of canceling the account, they claimed I still owe them money for the months after the card expired. 

They then sent that amount to a collections agency. 

Keep in mind there was no credit issued from infusionsoft
