ING Pension mutual fund SEC, FINRA, I am a victim of identity theft and fraud New Paltz, New York

I am a victim of identity theft and fraud. My pension fund was depleated of over $300,000. dollars. Although my case is undergoing investigation with the Distric Attorney's office Mrs. Carnright it has been taking too long to bring this woman whom robbed me to justice and, for the banks to return my monies back to me.  I am an elderly woman whom is at witts end because, all the banks are blaming each other for letting this woman take my monies. I need assistance with this please help me.
