Three ink cartridges which I purchased from them for two different printers do not work. One would print in only red. They sent me a replacement for it which did not print in any color, did not print at all. Sent it back , asked them for another replacement, never got one nor heard from them. Sent them an email asking why. Their answer was time was past 30 days, whatever that means(?). The old cartridge for that printer does not work anymore.

In the mean time the cartridges in the other printer ran out of ink. When I put the new ones in that printer, it said the color cartridge was not compatible and the black cartridge was not usable. I have not tried to contact them about these two cartridges because I am not getting any respons on the other cartridge. I got a refill kit, refilled the old cartridges; they are working so nothing is wrong with my printer.

I received a refund on my charge card. I am satisfied now excepting that such should not have happened in the first place.

still no refund for the defective cartridges

As of 04/01/05 I have not received a refund yet for the defective cartridges which I sent back to InkBlvd.

I was sent a prepaid postal sticker with which to return the faulty cartridges.

I am supposed to receive a complete refund for all faulty cartridges. I was sent a prepaid postal sticker with which to return the faulty cartridges. Time will tell whether I actually get the refund on my credit card and I will then make another update.
