I bought an ink jet cartridge for my Brother printer from Ink for Sale.net or SmartOne Services LLC.  The brand they sent me was G&G Eco-Saver (on box).  The cartridge not only did not work or print even though installed correctly but wasted in all over the inside of the cartridge carousel.  It was a horrible mess that caused me to keep cleaning the printer heads to try to get the color to print which caused me to use a lot of ink from the other cartridges that were working well - that I did not purchase from them.     I sent them an email which took days to get a response.  In the email I explained the problem.  Inkforsale.net did not try to address the problem they just wanted to know when I purchased the item.  So I gave them my name, phone number or email that I purchased the cartridge under and they amazingly could not find me in their systems and therefore could not find the order.    So I went through many files and found my receipt and sent the proof of purchase which included the order number and date of purchased.  Weeks later did not receive reply  from the Inkforsale.net at all.  This company is horrible for many reasons:  they sell faulty cartridges, they do not stand by there promise of customer service, they lied and said could not find order, they take days to respond to emails, they do not try to resolve issues, they only have a 90 day return policy.  Do not buy from Inkforsale.net or SmartOne Services LLC - Do not purchase their faulty cartridges - safe you time, money and a lot of headache!  Do not destroy your printer with their bad merchandise!  All they want is your money - Run!  Even better use 123injets.com - they have a year return policy, quick delivery, and safe products.
