I ordered a HP60XL ink cartridge from this company, and when I put it in my brand new printer, it would not work.  I went out and bought another cartridge just like it from Walmart, and it worked beautifully, so I knew it wasn't my printer,  it had to be the ink cartridge.  I contacted the company by e-mail to let them know of the problem, and they finally e-mailed me back after I emailed them several more times.  I was told to send the cartridge back, at my own expense, and if they found it to be defective, they would issue me a credit for the cartridge.  I mailed the cartridge back to them and I knew they had gotten it because I paid extra to put delivery confirmation on it so they couldn't claim they never received it.  I waited a couple of weeks and after not hearing anything back from them, I e-mailed them again.  After several more e-mails, they finally issued me a credit for the cartridge.  I told them that I didn't want a credit.  I told them to send me a check for the amount of the credit, because I had no intention of ordering from them again, especially if they expected me to pay another shipping charge for something that was not my fault in the first place.  I told them that if they wouldn't send me a check, to send me another ink cartridge, but that I wasn't going to pay the shipping charge again.  I warned them that if I didn't get what I wanted, I would file a Rip-Off Report and report them to the Better Business Bureau, as well as my state Attorney General and their state Attorney General's Office.  I have been completely ignored by them, so I am now going ahead with my threats.  I have been ordering ink cartridges on line for many years, and this is the first time I have had any trouble.  I ordered from them in November of '09 and now, 2 months later, I have still not gotten any satisfaction.  I see from contacting Rip-Off Report that someone else reported them, and they had an alias business name of RS Ink Supply at the same address as Ink4Ever.  The fact that they changed their name tells me that they have had numerous complaints, and changed their name so they could deceive other people the way they did me.
