| I ordered the shoes back in May got them pretty quickly and a size 10 they were too big i sent them back over three weeks ago and I've heard nothing from inked shop . i needed a size 9 1/2 very disappointed about this. i started to email a lady named erin for 2 months explaining that i had no retuen address in the box when i got them . that i needed them shipped in a smailled size , gave her the tracking number and the order number. not only did they refuse to send me a new pair but they would not refund my money . they said i sent them to wrong adress , that i sent them to the warehouse i said welll check with them because i sent them priority. she refused said she needed tracking number from post office, i explained i just moved nad lost the recipit. they have the size 10 shoe and refuse to send me another pair or pay me back. i am disgusted with this. |
