InkSupply MIS Associates, Inc. Bad cartridges sold by non-responsive company Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Is this a real company? No answering machine, no returned emails or calls from emails? They sell refillable cartridges for Epson wide format printers but the cartridges don't work. I have been trying to resolve this for three weeks and cannot get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Instead of using my own equipment I have to purchase the prints I once was able to make with my own printer. I'm losing business and made a huge mistake of investing in these cartridges with a horrible company.
