I was to receive a rebate offer-up to $2.99 for the purchase of a La Creme 16 oz. coffee creamer when I made a 16 oz purchase of the creamer between 10-01-11 and 12-31-11 and send a receipt with the purchase price circled, then mail the filled in rebate form. I sent all requested information on 11-18-11 and have not received the rebate. They said it would take 4-6 weeks.
