Inmar Rebates/Arm & Hammer Apparently when you try to go to the webside for the rebate form and the mailing address, all you get is a wait signal. It never gets to the page for the form. I tried it 5 times, and still no form. Ripoff, Internet

I bought Arm and Hammer cat litter that had a sticker that said that if I bought 2 boxes and sent in the attached stickers, with the cas receipt and the UPC codes from the pkgs, I would receive a $4.00 refund.  The sticker tells you to go to "InmarRebates" to get the rebate form which, I would assume would have the address to mail the required proofs.  When you try to get to the site, you are unable to access it. 

I am surprised that Arm and Hammer would ruin their reputation by scamming their customers!!!!

Dear Consumer,
Thank you for your interest in the Arm and Hammer  program.  I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced while attempting to access the website .    We were experiencing technical difficulties yesterday on our website due to heavy concurrent user activity.  Those issues have been addressed.
