Inmar Frontera wine rebate If you sent 12 upc symbol and receipt of 750ml botlles you get back $24.00 refund rebate check they only sent me $8.00 winston salem, North Carolina

Our system shows payment for $16.00 on check # 185409 dated 3/6/2013 is being expediated.  If you have not received the rebate check by Monday 3/11/13 please notify our office at 1-877-322-8355 M-F 8:30 am to 4:30 pm eastern standard time.

purchased 12 bottles of wine and the rebate was to be  for $24.00  they Inmar only sent $8.00

Dear Consumer,

Thank you for your complete name and address.  I was able to research the submission and it appears that you mailed in 2 rebate forms and 2 receipts in the same envelope.  When our processing plant receives 2 rebate forms and 2 receipts they process this as 2 different submissions thus the payment of $8.00.    Since this manufacturer does allow mulitple receipts I have processed the additional $16.00 payment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for this payment delivery.  For future rebates that you have multiple recetipts and this is allowed by the manufacturer please only send in 1 rebate form and the receipts to ensure correct processing.
