Before you spend money on gas to see these people for a job. Find out their corporate offices, because you'll be surprised the receptionist HR person is at another 707 area code, while one guy will interview you at a separate location. They have different co. names scattered all over the county and offices are rented rooms with no photos on the walls.  It looks like you're used to do event marketing of their products at Costco and different stores sayhing it's hourly and commission. But the part that confuses is that they will only hire you after you've put in your time giving them 2-3 days of free work and training.  Companie should hire first then train.  They can use you to market their products that they probably get big money from the co's.  Then they decide not to hire and you've wasted days and hours of work for them for free. There is no legitimate home office for these people.  Only cell and an empty room with no photos on the wall, no equipment but one guy and a laptop.  He says within a year you'll make $100,000.00.  They have several co. names setup all over the place doing the same thing. Just work with caution and be sure you get paid and not used to work for free. After careful review of the company decided not to work with them.
