Innovage, CSP Industries ripoff, once confronted got fired Tucson Arizona

Ok the first rebuttle was the owner I told you about in the first place trying to make himself sound good! Second of all I never got the 350 paid training but 1 week. Oh yeah and I just got my tax forms stating that I made 1600 but according to this guys secretary and all of the paperwork I KEPT I ONLY MADE 975! So he pocketed some of my money and YES I AM GOING TO THE IRS. So still everyone please be very aware of this guy, reminder his name is John Neilson and his store is located in Tucson Arizona oh yeah I was told I would only work 8 hours a day not 10-15, 2 of which I never get paid for in the morning that were MANDITORY to show up to.

innovage is no scame! I started with dave parker a vp with innovage in 2001.Yes i went in the field yes i worked saterdays and yes i worked 10-15 hours a day and what has all that hard work given me? well i did get promoted into managment after 15 months and now i own my own Bussiness and oversee 2 other locations that are owned by the people that run them.I have bought my own home and not the kind of (buying)that is atached with a morgage.I make about 90K a year but still work my a*s off. when i started i too thought this was a scam but every one that ive ever incountered in the DS-MAX, Innovage Family has never mis lead me."The Harder You work the more you get,the more you make, and the more freedom you create for your self". I am very sorry for anyone that didnt make it or ever felt miss lead that is not the are bussiness
Dont get me wrong Ive been through plenty of tought times and understand that when things go wrong the hardest person to blame is the one in the miror it is much eaiser to yell "SCAM" and "I was lied to" then to semply say I wasent willing to work that hard!
I did not take the time to write all this trying to get people to belive in what i do im indifrent. I Know what I do is the hardest job on the planet but thats why it pays so well and is called an oppertunity not a JOB

This guy really doesn't know what is going on! I have been here for 3 months and make about 500- 700 dollars a week.

This company is based of of opportunity and the more I work the more practice I get the quicker I get ahead.

A performance based business. There have been saturdays that I choose not to work but like I said a performance based business.

I was promised 350 dollars my first few weeks in the business as part of paid trainning while I learned the sales and the basics.

My first week in the business I made over 400 dollars and the same for the next three weeks after that.

I'm not even the top sales guy in the office. I was promoted three times already and now I'm responsible for other people in the company.
