Innovative is a publishing company specializing in promotional products with school and teams in local areas. Our account base ranges from the high schools, colleges, universities; all the way up to the semi-pro and professional teams. Our in house designed and published products include: media guides, programs, sports posters, game tickets, banners, pocket schedules, coupon books, and student cards. The newest sector of our company is focused primarily on fund raising with the schools through the partnering with various booster clubs and fund raising organizations driving revenues for these local schools. We are a growing company with several different divisions and opportunities, so we are looking for an ambitious candidate that can take over an existing local territory; maintain it and grow it.
As a representative for our company your responsibilities would include: customer service, account management, public relations, as well as new business development. Our regional managers have developed your local territory, so you would take over existing accounts, maintain a book of business but of course grow the market. This position not only requires contact with our schools and teams but also to their sponsors whom are incurring the cost for our product development.
Some of our current sponsors for our existing accounts include: Russel, Under Amour, Papa-Johns Pizza, Subway, Quizno's, Pepsi, Honda, Bank of America as well as more localized companies such as hospitals, car dealerships, restaurants, and other independently owned and operated businesses.
We have put together a compensation package which includes a base salary plus commission, based on a quota system. Our first year average account executive will make 55k-60k their first year, although we certainly do have first year representatives that are exceeding our quotas and making 100k+ but that is above average. This package does include medical benefits and a retirement plan in addition to the compensation.
