Innovative courier solutions SCI Fired me when I had to go to my fathers funeral, stole money from me west Columbia South Carolina

I had to go to my fathers funeral and when I came back they told me I no longer had a job

fired for going to my fathers wake and funeral. There should be a law

the held 320.00 from my check and told me they would return it when I gave them back their scanner that instant they didnt

they also said when we rented their scanner to operate their company that if it got broken they would repair it 

mine got broken by a fallen cargo box and they stole 485.00 from me for repairs

i asked to talk to the person responsible for this charge and they told me forget it no one will talk to you

the people running the conway warehouse where i worked are uneducated and very rude

the super in charge constantly was screaming and caring on like a child

they told us we had to be there when the truck got ther at 7 am but it was never on time 1 to 2 hours late everyday and no compensation for that but threatened to be fired

i worked for them four about 5 years and did my job well working 6 days a week

they fired me 1 time when it wasn't my fault but another driver and then callEd me back when they realized they couldn't get no one else to do what I did

This is a very bad company to work for they steal your money any way they can 

we got paid by the piece but when askEd for a breakdown of how many pieces they refused to give this to us 

we were always short on our piece count with no explanation

this company needs to be stopped by someone audited and drivers reimbursed for their losses

they also charged us a fuel surcharge as we pay for our own fuel.  Really

several charges from our checks were unexplainable
