I also have been misled (lied to) by an Innovative Merchant Solutions, LLC representative. The representative said to keep our old merchant company and if we did not save as much money as she promised, just change back no strings attached.

I have contacted Innovative Merchant Solutions every day for 3 weeks trying to work with their company. They do not care. They want to charge me a termination fee.

They make their money on being dishonest. The sales Rep. can not speak the truth for telling lies.

Notations on this account show that we have worked with this customer to try and address all her concerns. On January 10th she spoke with the manager of Sales Support and he offered the following: 1. Rate Review
2. Waive CSF for Life 3. Lower minimum to $20.00. However it's noted that the merchant declined this offer.

The 3rd party confirmation call goes over the rates and fees and asks customers to wait to close their other processing account until this one is set up. This is done so the merchant isn't out of a processor for a period of time. Additionally, the termination fee is noted in BLUE WRITING just above the applicant's signature. That fee is printed in a color other than the remainder of the application so that it will stand out. Just above the signature it also states that the contract cannot be changed verbally by the sales representative, but can only be changes in writing by this office. Of course if we provide something in writing we will stand by it 100%.
