I bought an ITNS-500 film, slide & photo converter from Kohls last month. I installit it & the software on my PC, following all the instructions. I also uninstalled my other imaging software & hardware from my PC so there would be no conflicts with this scanner. Well, I kept getting error messages whenever I tried to use it.
I went to their website's trouble shooting page after I put a call to their "support" phone number. Nothing would make this thing work. I tried calling a few more times, & sent e-mails to their "support" & sales people. I have not received any help what so ever from them. I am going to return this thing today & purchase someone elses scanner.

Customer service finally got back to me (after 2 weeks of phone calls & e-mails). They convinced me to exchange it & try a new one instead of just returning it for a refund. The new one works fine. If they would have answered me sooner, I probably wouldn't have written my complaint in the first place. Their customer service & support still sucks, but at least the scanner works, for now.
