Kenny Durham brings to you what he learned and took from Millennium Marketing's own strategies and successes when he was formerly employed as a sales manager.  He was recently fired for Breach of Cotract.  Litigation was filed in Johnson County, Ks District Court against Kenny Durham (owner of Innovators Warehouse) and Amy Schleicher (another former employee of Millennium and current employee of Innovators Warehouse) which is still pending (see case # 10CV00452 or search by name at www.jococourts.org for lawsuit details).  Theft and sharing of secret and propietary client information and violation of an agreed non-compete contract is the subject of the lawsuit among other things.

Innovators Warehouse

AUTHOR: Kenny Asked For It - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, June 27, 2011

Kenny is a despicable human being with no integrity who will do anything to drag people through the mud. Kenny lied to me and got me to leave my previous company to work for him at INNOVATORS WAREHOUSE where it quickly became apparent that he was full of BS . He is the liar and thief. Soon you will see documentation to prove it. Kenny has ruined my life and is trying to ruin others, even at the cost of innocent children. If you choose to do business with a person who lacks any character, don't be surprised what you get in the end. Any positive reviews he has are those of OLD clients when he first opened up. He has nothing current going on which is why he couldn't afford to pay me any longer.

Kenny,
I would like to take a moment and thank you and your company for the services that you have provided for me and my EasyClean duster product. When you first create a product as an inventor and are looking for someone to help take it to market you are bombarded by companies promising many things.  It can be very confusing and I have appreciated your honest approach as an individual and also Innovators Warehouse business model to introduce products into the market place the most effective and economical way.  I think its every inventors fear to be taken for thousands of dollars and get nowhere and you have the inventor in mind.

As a result of working with IW, I am currently working with a company which has access to 50,000 retail stores and I am very excited about the possibility of getting my product in stores.  I would recommend your services to any new inventor with a product or idea to use your services there at Innovators Warehouse.
Best Regards,

Brett Thomas

Dear Kenny,
Thank you very much for helping me sell my trademark. It was clear from the start that you knew exactly what you were doing. Not many companies can boast that they got their client five times more than the original offer. FIVE TIMES MORE!! Wow. All I can say is you exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with you again.
Thanks,

LICENSING EXPERIENCE AT ITS BEST
I was first referred to Kenny Durham of Innovators Warehouse by Mark Reyland of United Inventors Association USA (www.uiausa.org).  Mark described Kenny to be a very honest and professional person.  I have since found that to be absolutely true!
As the owner of Around the Table games, I consulted with Kenny to help me prepare to search for a Licensee for my product line.  Ironically, I was offered a licensing agreement about that same time. So my focus with Kenny shifted to that of consultant. Kennys experience negotiating agreements allowed him to offer numerous suggestions that helped me to draft a comprehensive agreement while protecting my best interests.
I have found Kenny and the staff at Innovators Warehouse to be the most knowledgeable, professional and motivated group of people to work with. I have since referred numerous other inventors to Innovators Warehouse.
Innovators Warehouse is the perfect resource for inventors!

Thanks IW Crew!

I spent countless hours trying to put together my own marketing plan, materials and contact list without any success. I was at a dead end and for my idea to make it anywhere I needed help. After working with the team at Innovators Warehouse, I feel like the ball is finally rolling. They have surpassed all my expectations when designing marketing materials and have gone above and beyond anything I could have asked for. On top of this, I feel confident they are getting my idea in front of all the right people. Im one step closer thanks to you.

When an owner of a company comes on a report offering information brushing off the fact that he is in this sort of litigation dispute you should move forward with extreme caution.  Obviously they are not willing to adhere to a simple contract they agreed upon whether they find it valid or not and there seem to be other matters involved in the case.  Certainly they can't think this sort of rebuttal helps their case accusing an invalid party and dismissing the issue?  If someone is doing their research this is public knowledge.  You can research any company in this manner.

In doing your due diligence for any company that offers the same services but asks for payment differently you should ask for references on what venture capital they were responsible for raising, references to people with IP they have brokered, licensed or negotiated when claiming to have such a long history.  What other companies did they build around IP?  Valid questions taken from the information they offer. Knowledge that fails to be posted or released on the IW website because it is probably confidential to the actual company who was responsible for these transactions where this person was a salesperson and didn't leave until he was fired.

This is a company who claims to have went through a valid certification process through UIA and was approved in the first few months of business?  Was the previous company even contacted or did the current litigation come into effect?  I would think any reputable company would put that sort of information on hold until the dispute was resolved.  There is a fee to go through that certification process making it a paid endorsement.  I stand by my statement of inventors beware.

This site is by the consumer, for the consumer.

Innovators Warehouse doesn’t speak poorly of anyone. If necessary we will guide our clients to do a little research so they can make an informed decision on their own. After all, that is Innovator Warehouses roll as a trusted consultant and leader in the industry. My recommendation to all service providers would be to deliver a quality product at a fair price and to deliver the work on time. If you follow that simple recipe for success you won’t have all of the complaints like www.patentmoversreview .   Also the UIA is free to join. If you want to be a recommended service provider you do go through a certification process. Certification can be difficult to get through if your reputation is poor. I recommend that all inventors and service providers become members of the United Inventor Association. It is the oldest and largest inventor group in the world with over 10,000 members and is a not for profit organization. Please go to www.uiausa.org to gain tons of free help. You can also go to www.innovatorswarehouse.com to receive a free inventors kit.   In the upcoming months I will be in Las Vegas (twice), Chicago, Ohio, Texas, and Iowa delivering education to Inventor Groups, sponsoring new product sections at national trade shows, and last but not least as a product scout for a select handful of GLOBAL brands. My corporate clients have given me requests for new products in so many categories it is difficult to keep up. So if you are interested in an exciting new career helping in an industry that is starving for good talent please feel free to contact me directly at 877-509-7642, just ask for Kenny. We are experiencing growth beyond my expectations however only the best need apply. My clients deserve it!   I will no longer reply to this report because as you can see it is just sour grapes from an old business associate. This report is an example of time poorly spent. I must get back to work now. I apologize if this has wasted your time.

Nice Try Innovators Warehouse Kenny Durham

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, February 21, 2011

Being recently solicited by Innovators Warehouse, they were so fast to speak negatively and forward information about competitors (which they now have) it gave reason to look into the matter as this is an important investment.  It doesn't take long.  Kenny Durham can turn this into whatever kind of circus he likes, but inventors need truth.  Do your research and make an informed decision.  I haven't run into too many companies who do this sort of scare tactic marketing and most are happy to support each other.  Litigation doesn't appear to be finished and it will be interesting to follow the case until it's OVER.

It is easy to slam the internet with all kinds of free advice, pay associations like the United Inventors Association (UIA) to promote a firm (there is a fee to become a "member" ) and offer free seminars until a companies name is all over the internet with rave reviews honoring commitments in the beginning.  It's what any good sales rep is trained to do, but it doesn't scream success.

**Beware of inventor contests where you are signing away your rights to prototypes and they refuse to give you any written protection as the inventor.

Innovators Warehouse, the real story.

AUTHOR: Kenny Durham - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, February 21, 2011

It is important to note that this complaint is from my previous business partner Scott Norman. The claims he is making are completely false. He is simply suing me based on a non compete. You should take a look at the case records. The non compete was written so vaguely that several attorneys advised me to go ahead with my business plans as no court in the world would uphold such a document. Scott basically said that any holder of a  U.S. patent issued in the world is his client.    Please do your own research. Google Innovators Warehouse and Kenny Durham and see our accomplishments over the last year. Then Google Millennium Marketing Group, Patentmovers, and Scott Norman, the owner of those companies and the author of this complaint and compare. The difference will be clear. Innovators Warehouse is and will continue to shed light on the industry. Invention Promotion firms like Millennium will always view us as the enemy because we strive to help Innovators acquire the tools and knowledge they need to reach their commercialization goals.  Please visit www.innovatorswarehouse.com for the rest of the story
