I have work for this company now for one year, and in this year, I have seen this company, continue to change it polices and practics, they have fired so many people for somtimes nothing at all. when you are hire they tell you, customer care is job one, no selling them bad insight product is job one,your job is base on what you sell, not customer first. a customer may call you about having problem with their cable service, and you surpose to try and upsell them another product. The stress I see from day to day is unbelievable

This companies changes sale script week to week. Many customer call and as can they be apart of the new cheaper price that new customer are recieving
we are to tell them no, now that a new company is now selling phone,cable and internet, we are now offering them cheaper products to keep them. this company, hire new people weekly, because they fire people weekly. somthing needs to be done? can anyone help.
