They called the main number asked us to verify name, location, and address then we got a bill saying that we approved an ad in the US Business Registry.

My name is James Noble and I am in the Legal Department for Insight Marketing Solutions. I'd like to address the “complaints” posted on this website. 1st is Kim's latest complaint, stating we just asked their companies address and sent an invoice. This is far from accurate. Our company requires either a signed contract or to clear the Quality Assurance department and are asked the same question that are on the signed contract.
Anyone who purchases our companies service would have to give their name, position with the company, they are asked if they are authorized to purchase the service, they are asked if a purchase order number is required, they are told our companies name, the service they will be purchasing and the invoice amount. They are also asked if they have an questions.
We then mail a hard copy invoice and follow up to be sure it has been received, if it hasn't we email or fax a copy. Then there is a 4 week retraction policy to avoid any possible issues. There was another complaint posted years ago on this site, claiming we were a company called Ambus and were shut down. We have never been Ambus and have never been shut down, and or TIN# with the IRS and company profile with the Better Business Bureau will confirm this:
We have also maintained an A rating with the BBB the entire time we have been open.
