 I called the customer support office 2X; The first gal did not understand or have any clue what the difference between good and fair as reported on my report. Completely clueless. I asked her point blanka nd she said she did not know.

If the car is given a "fair" report, it states that it has been repaired and most likely damaged has been done..OK now what?

If the repaired part/piece is given a "good" report, it has been repaired and "pleasable to the eye" - OK that is better, but do we have to invest more money to make the "fair" items look better?

does it look ok? is the paint job good? cant tell anything from the small photos

From the PICs I cant tell anything becuase the PICs taken are too remote to make any judgement  I tried blowing them up on my coimputer to blow up the pics, does not work. For example, the pic of the entertainment consel does not show any lettering or you cannot read any of the button functions. So why do you take the dam picture? THis would allow me to see if there is in fact bluetooth or sync pics lack any descriptions.. I dont even understand what I am looking at & why

The inspector stated there is a CD changer in the notes.  In the CHECKLIST, it states NO CD changer  which is it?

The base model inludes MP3; the inspector noted there is no MP3

did not take a pic of the steering wheel so I can verify the options

after doing my research, the inspectors reports did not match the options on the car... The reason why I paid for such a report is so that I dont have to research 

oh; inspector states NO IPOD control... YES there is IPOD control... it goes on and on

he noted possible frame damage - OK fine... Is it safe to drive? now what? 

I called back to customer service the second time and had the gal call the inspector for some answers

I have no idea why the people answering the phone dont understand any of the metrics and their definitions

how can ebay reccmoend such a service is beyond me

In the advertisement, they list of host of things they check...well there is NO CHECKLIST to make sure all has been checked.  For mechanical or whatvere "no problems found"  for test drive "no problems found"  That is all you get

that is fine so we are to assume they indeed checked everything as  in their advertisment

This is probably the first complaint I have ever made on the internet..

I have several more items to report on this but if anyone wnats to see my report and verify what I am saying, I will be happy to show it to you.
