This company has been doing business with HUD under the REAC/PASS program since 2009. The corporation was administratively dissolved by the FL Dept of State in September of 2010 and yet still does business with the gov't. For those of us who follow the rules this is a real slap in the face. They are ineligible as a contractor and certified inspectors need to know this.
