Inspent Executive Retorial Got taken Rushford,Ny New York

 I purchased 3 1/2 acres on eBay auction from Jack Liguori. I planned on getting a cabin later for about $6000. Instead I payed him $500 cash and he wrote out a very confusing and costly contract for $60,000+ a balloon payment at the end. He said he would have the trees cut and put it towards Mortgage. I was to pay $649 a month. I need to move closer to my family but I didn't know I had to give him$15,000 before he puts a shell cabin on the lot. I am out 3,000 dollars so far. I would like to keep the land or get my money back.
