Reading the Ripoff Report, I see Instafi.com and Sean Roberts finally made it!! I knew you could do it, Sean! My company provided Instafi.com with hundreds of appraisals at a discounted fee for loans he funded throughout the summer of 03 but never bothered to pay for. If you are an Instafi.com customer and they charged you for an appraisal, chances are they never paid for it, but you did. I have an email promising payment but nothing ever came!! Sean, your company went under due to poor management and greed, not because you funded loans! Many good and reputable companines ie. Ditech.com, Greenlight Financial; are still funding loans and in business. You (not your employees, vendor or customers) got what you deserved. Good riddance!
