Ordered free trail of Instaflex jointcare product on-line back in July with only $4.99 shipping charge. Got the free trial and is was less product than was originally stated in the free trial. Unauthorized charges for charges of $74.98 appeared posted to my Visa account for August 2 and Sept 4. Called my Credit card company and reported that I did not place any order for additional product and did not see anything on the order or website requiring me to purchase more product. Credit card company will reverse charges, cancel my card and contact the company to dispute the charges. Since then I went online and have seem many complaints for the same scam.

I also noticed that if you go to the site now their is a notice about negative order and shipping you additional product automatically. I am very careful to watch for this type of thing and do not recall any such notice last july when I ordered the free trial. For me this stinks of a deceptive marketing practice and I would avoid doing any further business with this company. My advice is buyer beware. If Instaflex is not honestly marketing their product, then how can you trust the quality of this product. Hoped people stop getting duppred by this one.. [continued below]....

Contacting your credit card company helps

After contacting my credit card company to report the fraudulant charges they contacted Instaflex. Today I got this email from Instaflex. If your a victim of this fraud and these deceptive marketing practices don't be bullied into paying for something you did not order.
