Today I have been made aware that $99.95 has been taking out my account for the past 12 months without my approval. I have reported this matter to my bank and was given a new card.I also had a phone number to call and only got a recording which said to get on line or email .( no luck)

I was not satisified with this cream/serum and Haven't recieved any more after canceling it a while back.So why are they taking my money out of my account on the 6/7 of every month.

I need my money to be replaced asap to resolve this matter !!!
