instant check mate incomplete online service and a very RUDE custmer service and a no response corporate office Zephyr Cove, Nevada

on December 20th I purchased an online service to do backgroud checks, criminal checks, people search, address search, and phone number search and this company seemed to have everything and not onlydid they seem to have everything, they had a high price tag attached $179.40for a full year unlimited searches so I bought it and realized once I purchased it the only thing you could access was the criminal background search, all the other search links would say coming soon everytime you tried to click on one. Well decided that I did not want the service so I cancelled the serviceafter only an hour or so after purchasing it and got a contact number to call the following day to ensure everything was cancelled (the reason I called the following day was because it was at about 10pm and the customer service office was not open) and I spoke to a lady and was explaining to her about why I was displeased with the service, she informed me that the service would be cancelled and I still had the service for the year and they would not automatically charge my card after the year was up to renew the service I told her I wanted a refund and she said she could not do give me a refund I could keep the service for a year I tried again to explain to her the reasons I did not want the service and a man got on the phone and his name was Micheal so I tried explaining to him the issue and he over talked me and then he hung up, tried calling back and they would not answer the phone and they disable the service so I called back from another number and guess what someone answered the phone so I again explained to them to refund my money since they disabled the service and he proceeded to reinstall theservice while I was on the phone with himand he informed me he had no problem logging in with my user name and password but I had printed out the website page that stated why I couldn't access it and it simply stated my account was disabled contact the webmasterand right at 5pm he disabled the service again so I could not call back and I had also emailed their corporate office 4 times and no response so and the service is still disabled and needless to say i am out the money so please becareful of this business not worth your time to try this service there are plenty of reputable online services who will treat you so much better
