I am an attorney and I ordered a report for someone that has had known criminal convictions for years and is married in order to test out the system. Instant Checkmate's advertising promises to provide detailed records. The service doesn't even have basic known information about people. As of 6-6-13 there are over 100 individuals that have complained on this web site alone. I have read people complain about false advertising, calling the service a rip off, worthy of BBB complaints, FTC complaints, attorney state general complaints, and a class action law suit. My experience was that this service is a rip off.
