Instant checkmate Unauthorized use of my credit card. I'm 77 years old, not computer literate. Internet

In the future have someone help you with signing up for things on the internet.

As an avid user of Instant Checkmate, it says multiple times during the signup process very clearly the charges you will incur. It explains ultiple times how the billing works. They can't charge you unless you put a credit card number in. I've never had an issue wth them and will continue to use them as long as I need to.

All in all, you signed up for a service, didn't pay attention and didn't read everything so now you are complaining. It has nothing to do with your age, you aren't 90 and senile. You made it through the filing of this report just fine didn't you?

Don't sign up for things on the internet if you don't understand them. This is how people end up downloading crap they don't want or need, or end up paying for something they didn't think they were going to because they DIDN"T READ the instructions. Or they end up here...complaing about something that was their own fault in the first place!

Your 77, you can read and you can think. Stop using your age as an excuse for being inattentive to what you are doing.
