Instant Tax Service You will be Audited by the IRS if you file your taxes with them waukegan, Illinois

Do not use any Instant Tax services. I did and it was the biggest mistake I've ever done. First of all THey do transmit your taxes without your w2's I went for that IRAL loan that i were to get between $50 - 1000 of my taxes and of course i only got $50 and so did everyone else.  Also they did and estimate of my tax return to me I can come back before the 17th to include more people or drop etc and bring in my W2's which will possibly give me more back at the time. Ok so it snowed I didnt make it on the 17th so She tells me when I came in on the 18th that "we've already sent your taxes off!" I go WHAT!! I just now got my W2's she said it automatically Transmits the day IRS opens the tax season which was the 17th this Year. So I go wait I had my taxes estimated based on my W2's and it states that I should get more back. to make a long story short people. I sat in that office listen to how they talk to their clients they are really untrained and very very very unprofessional.  Never in my life, I actually had a question and called when I was explaining my issue the girl began to have another conversation with someone else in the office just cut me off while i was talking and then hung up the phone.. dont believe me Call 847-336-1331 ask for Brandy she the ghetto one. ok The boss was there and he shouts out while she's doing my taxes. Ok Girls have to be more careful We have already 18 Rejects so please do not use them IRS please shut them down.. After I get my taxes of course but shut them DOWN...!!!!!
