Instant Tax Services I work for instant tax and i was promised so much but havent recieved any of it! kansas city , Missouri

I work at Instant tax! i went thru 2 weeks of un paid training to get this job because i was promised bonuses and a great pay rate and my first check would be for 4 weeks because they had to hold back the first check so i put my bills and life on hold for this place well the first check comes and it only for 2 weeks so already im getting ripped off for the other two weeks that i worked then come to find out we arent getting bonuses at all this year and im varily getting paid over minimum wage!

we were suppose to recieve our 1st paycheck on the 22nd by 2pm we didnt get it until the next day after 5pm! its saturday after 5 where are we suppose to cash our checks at on a saturday after 5 pm seriously! then i see all these people come in and we are being told to tell them certain things and those things never work out because our bank isnt willing to do an of it and you cant tell me corporate doesnt know this before we actually tell everyone!

we are false advertising on the tv radio and busses and then we as the employees are the ones getting cussed at and threatened because of something we have no control over only the big bosses do and they are to scared to take care of the problem so now we are slow because of all these problems with the clients not getting their money when they are suppose to be and all that.

 so now our hours are getting cut because noone can be up front with us and tell us what is really going on so we can try to get more buisiness and be honest with everyone up front instaed of giving everyone the run around which puts our lives in danger because people need money now and when we promise somthing we should be able to come thru with it and not be giving people the run around when its they money not ours! 

 so just be careful if they tell you you can get your money back in 12-48 hours its a lie and we cant do the visas cards and acouple of our checks have bounced when people go to cash them! im working 12 hours aday 7 days a week and im not getting no overtime pay nothing but a lousy minimum wage when i was promised overtime and bonuses and all this!

dont trust instant tax they are scams but its not the employees its the big bosses like the district manager and the owner and corporate and all the big guys hiding in their offices while we get all the problems in the stores! be aware but dont take it out on the employees take it out on the big guys they dont even give numbers to corporate so we can contact or give to customers so they can contact them! be nice to the liitle guys!
