Today, I was trying to return my guitar because I do not really need it or I have not been playing it. The company have a 45 day progressive return policy. I sent an E-mail to Instrument Alley. It took hours for a response and I received a very poor E-mail response and I quote from this customer representative :
"I'm not sure what you mean by you don't have need for it. Why did you place
the order if you don't need it?"
This is a poor customer service, usually there apologetic and will often say what can do to help and such. Very rude remark. I have dealt with poor customer service but by far this particular instrument store is poor in handling customers. I still did not get my RMA number! Stay Away from this company!
