Integra Marketing Group - THE RUN AROUND BEGINS! TAKE A BREAK MINI VACATION?? - SENT FORMS STILL NO CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION Tampa Florida

It began when I was asked to have a presentation of a water filtration system done at my home. The sales rep immediately gave me a 3 day, 2 night package - Take a Break mini vacation. I was asked to send in the appropriate form to receive my vacation. What I received was a brochure from Integra Marketing Group which indicated to download a form from www.emailmetheforms.com or register via us mail.

I downloaded the form and sent in the requested $60.00 (usually $50.00 but I am traveling with one child - an additional $10). As I usually do I went to call and follow-up and there is no phone number to be found. I searched the web and nothing. So I did the old "411". I got two phone numbers 941-556-2131 and 941-907-6722.

I called the first number and they immediately directed me to their reservation phone number 813-865-0433. The woman began to ask me for my certificate #, certificate code and so on. I gave her the information and she didn't even let me finish. Then she asked me for the address of where I sent the "downloaded form": 7020 Professional Parkway East, Suite A, Sarasota, FL 34240. She then told me that is the wrong address and the correct address is 3110 Cherry Palm Drive Ste. 370, Tampa FL 33619 - they moved.

I asked her why wasn't the "downloadable form" updated with the new address and she had no idea why it hasn't been updated. Lastly, she advised me the mail is being forwarded to their new address and not to worry. I will follow-up with her next week and see what the status is then. June 1, 2007
