This is a company set up to ship your goods.  This company hires low paid blacks and hispanics and treats them like disposable razers.  They work 5-6 days a week and firings happen almost each day.  The H.R. person is unqualified and very unprofessional; her way of resolving issues is to walk the floor and point out people to fire while trying to keep her big fancy weave on straigt.  Her policy is to fire first then ask questions later.  The workers are fired for any or no reason based on the power crazed and sick driven minds of the all white management team.  The H.R. is a minority of course with no real authority and who realizes she must either follow management lead or out the door.  

The environment is a very negative one as workers are constantly being replaced and most employees don't make it over a month without being fired.  Over 18 employees have been fired in the last 3 months alone.  It's a constant revolving door at this company due to the management's negative thinking.   If you are looking to improve your lifestyle, don't count on anything long term with this company.  The average employee life here is about 1-4 months!   The management team do no work but feel their job is to constantly harrass and threaten those under them in order to get the work done.  They fire, harrass and slander many of the employees on a daily basis because they feel the employees are the bottom of the bucket type of people.  

One military veteran was fired because he had back surgery - they wanted him to come back to a shipping job after only 9 days. He couldn't and they fired him - he deserved more respect than that!  Another guy was fired "because he is incompetent" after threatening an EEOC complaint.  Yet his replacement only lasted two weeks.   Another lady was fired when she fell at the job and hurt herself and couldn't return to work 2 days after surgery.   Another was fired for dating a co-worker while upper management are dating one another.   Don't do business with this company.  Don't work for this company.  They are running a modern day Slave Ship and ticking time bomb!  

When a company starts and hires untrained, uneducated management members based on their race.. .this is the result.  A dysfunctional and constant mess due to the inability of management to actually perform their jobs in a professional manner due to lack of education and real life experience!!  They constantly have to fire due to their insecurity and inability to prove to themselves that they are worthy or even having their jobs or making the money they make.  So they have to constantly reinforce that others below them are inept.  A true professional knows that constant firings hurt a company!  Shipping orders are at the mercy and smack in the middle of all of this mayhem!  May God have mercy on anyone who works or does business for this company!
