Integrated Card Services Merchant Account services liars, give you the runaround when calling, won't cancel account, debit $$ from our acct. without authorization , Internet

Colt at ICS sold us a merchant acct. that we have only been able to access and utilize one time.  Since then, we have yet to be able to use it.  We have called customer service over and over, reset our password both electronically & over the phone and still cannot use it.  We have been told to hang in there and they would credit us the charges but it has been 8 months and we yet to see any refunds.  They have also opened 2 accounts when we only needed one.  We finally decided to chalk it up as a learning experience and cancel the acct.  We sent it in last month and still received charges.  Talked to them today and after 1 1/2 hrs. being transferred form one agent to another up to the salesman who sold it to me who told me that he could not do anything about it and I needed to call the 800 number back.  That he checked 2 hrs. ago and knows there is no manager available to talk to me., I finally got an agent who told me to send in the cancelation form, which I had, a month ago!!!  Like magic it appeared and he said he would expedite the process.  Not even willing to refund the charges since I faxed the form in.  These guys are crooks!!!!!  We have lost over $1000.  with them now and they still continue to debit money out of our account.  They have a very shady business going on there and are only out to rip you off!!  BEWARE!!
