These guys just changed their name or use multiple names. The underlying scam company is Prestige Management LLC. Search that name and you will find all kinds of rip off reports. These guys are scam artists. I checked out the name Integrated Mortgage Solutions and nothing bad came up so I gave my credit card over the phone...I should have waited for the contract to come over because that exposed who they really were...Prestige. They even gave me a phony referral to call that gave them a great reference. If it sounds too good to be true...it is!!!

Similar scam experience with Prestige Management

A guy from this company just called me at 10:00am 12/15/2009. He tried to sell me 300 leads for $350. He said he got my mortgage companies number from a directory of mortgage companies. When i asked where the leads came from he said, surveys, telemarketing, info (seek), etc.
People on the list are supposed to be guaranteed to have at least a 6% interest rate, 20% equity, and a 640 credit score. He said if i find that they are not, they will replace them 2 for 1. He sent me to their website PMI2000 dot com. When I went to the website, it looked sketchy. When a website has a section for cheezy fake sounding "testimonials" most of the time it's a scam. I immediately searched their name and found these rip-off reports.
Here are some names and words found associated with this company. Hopefully these terms will show up as a rip off if anybody searches them.
