Dear Mr. Holliday, Tina Norris,
I am sending you this cease/desist letter to not only you, but your client Tina Norris, TNT Management in Des Moines Iowa.
As indicated per our phone conversations and emails, if you have grounds for legal action then do so with the guidelines set forth by the State of California.
Please refrain from further harassing emails, phone calls, or postings on RIPOFFREPORT (As a attorney that looks very unprofessional on your firm) or any other forms of communication unless it is with legal counsel in the state which I reside.
We are not currently in any legal case with you or your client Tina Norris/TNT MANAGEMENT at this time, however yours & Tina Norriss harassing emails, calls and unwarranted postings are unwanted unless it is done legally. Mr. Holliday, you of all people should know this. The only harassing, slander, and badgering I feel is coming from your client Tina Norris/TNT Management.
I also do not see anything on the RIPOFF forum ragarding my company or me for you to even respond or post on about me or any others.
There is nothing libelous, defaming EVER written about Tina Norris or TNT Management other than the FACT that C TAYLOR AGENCY did business under the TNT name. That is what we were told via Theresa Catanese, and what I perceived visually with the TNT MYSPACE WEBSITE/TNT WEBSITE which coincided with what I was told, as well as others. Which was taken down within a day when I mentioned this to you via our phone conversation.
Finally Mr. Holliday, I question your potential ethics and potential conflict of interest since you are part owner of said agency, TNT Management/Tina Norris. I have answered all of your emails and calls with respect, so for your client to post the email sent to me on RIPOFFREPORT from your firm with your signature was another form of harassment, and very unprofessional and uncalled for. I will be sending it to the Iowas Bar Association for review. Again, I am not responsible for others opinions/thoughts/moods/ethics or what their opinion is of FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

I sent out ONE email to a few people ONE time... a long time ago...as requested by an nvestigative reporter doing a story on Theresa Catanese. You then totally misunderstood the entire email, tried to intimidate me with your legal "jargin", and was not very nice.

I am totally offended that you wrote an email to Molli that stated that I am somehow involved in harassing you, your business, family or associates. I have never spoken to you other than the one email... and have never spoken to anyone else associated with you or your family or business.
I have never posted anything on the internet that says anything bad about you, either.
Yes, I have personally questioned your involvement and relationship to Theresa, and often wonder why SHE is not the one you are going after.

I perceive your threatening emails as harassment. I am also requesting that you immediately stop involving ME in YOUR mess - unless you can somehow provide me with solid factual proof that
