Fradulent billing, ripoff scam:

Was billed by Integretel 900 Service for $40.00 for a 2 minute service on behalf of FAQ900.comZZ. This so called service was not provided nor authorized by myself. No one used this number in any fashion on 02 July, 1:01 A.M., as they are trying to state.

Qwest will not be receiving this $40 payment since they have violated my rights by authorizing another company to do illegal charging without my written permission for this type of service.

on this month phone bill from sbc, I was charged 77.56 dollars for a call i never made. i am angry beause that day it sunday, and iwas not at home to make such as long distant call. besides i am not longer use sbc or any other company to make long distance calls. I am using pre-paid phone cards. let's put those bad people, com artist in the place they belong which is penitenciary on forced labor.

Hello- I had the same issue- I called Qwest and they advised me to call the 800# on the bill right next to the charge. It's funny when you call, the first thing the automated system says is " If you are waiting for a refund, please allow two billing cycles". Obvious they give A LOT of refunds!! I talked with the rep who was really nice and she stated it was a # dialed by my computer modem and they would remove the charge and put a block on my phone # so the situation could not happen again! So far so good. Hope this helps!!
