Integretel 900 Services / AlanticMgmt Bogus Charges to our Qwest Phone Bill Rue Ferrari California

Billed by Integretel 900 Service on our current May Qwest phone bill for a supposed call and software download from a company called "AlanticMgmt" (900-444-0221) on May 2, 2006 at 5:28PM. A 2 minute call for $#39.95. This Integretel Company gave me a huge run-around on June 6th at 7:40 AM and a girl named "Cindy" agent number 61782. She told me our computer dial-connected to their customer and downloaded some software according to their "911 technology" to trace us.

I told her we have had Charter Communications and high-speed cable internet service for many months and do not even have a phone cable in our computer modem and therefore our computer could not possibly and technically make any sort of dial calls into their network. Not wires...IMPOSSIBLE!! She started to spew this and that about someone else in our family did due to their tracking technology and I told her again it was impossible and demanded to talk to a supervisor.

She refused to allow me to and I told her that this was a rip-off and "bullshit" in frustration, and I would file a complaint and not pay this phony charge for $39.95 for some bogus 2 minute call. She told me they would send me to a collection company and if I was going to talk to her like that she was hanging up and did so. She hung up on me. I called again the next morning and talked to a guy named Jackie, agent # 60236. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager or supervisor and he went into the exact same spew of their line of stuff and finally said he was a supervisor and wouldn't let me talk one way or another.

I finally yelled at him to shut up and it was my time to talk and I told him I was filing a complaint with the FCC and FTC and he tried to over-talk me and I said "Good Bye Jackie" and hung up on him!! I refuse to pay this billing even though they said they will mess up my credit. We were not even home at the time of this billing nor was anyone else and we have NO MODEM HOOKED TO THE DIAL NETWORK AT ALL.

We have and have had xxx HighSpeed internet cable service. PLEASE HELP US.....SHUT THESE COMPANIES DOWN!! THEY ARE RIPPING LOTS OF PEOPLE OFF!! Please advise what else I can do to protect my credit from these wolves. Thank you for your valuable time and consideration and help.
