Integretel - AtlanticMgmt FRAUDULENT BILLING RIPOFF San Jose California

Another story of Integretel billing for an unauthorized 900 call to AtlanticMgmt. It appears that I and lots of other folks are the victims of the unauthorized installation of a dialing platform by AtlanticMgmt (presumably a shell corporation for a bunch of computer crooks) and Integretel, a 900 billing service.

You should be aware that the FTC has found in previous cases that Integretel 1)knew, or should have known that a company for whom they were providing billing services for was making unauthorized charges to phone bills, and 2) that Integretel was fraudulently representing to people being charged that the bills were authorized and efforceable. Integreel paid a fine, refunded money and agreed not to do it again as part of a consent order with the FTC.

Integretel knows there is a problem with AtlanticMgmt. Don't back down. Integretel will try to stall. The business plan seems to be keep folks on hold and away from a supervisor until they go away. However, when push comes to shove they will relent so they can claim compliance with the previous consent order.
