I have been a victim of integretel for more months than i am able to track. The only reason it came to my attention was when i called AT &T to change my internet service.
Since i am on autopay I rarely even look at the bills. I do know i DO NOT have voice mail on my phone line nor do I have voice messaging on my computer. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS!!!!
When i talked with AT&T & advsied them that i did not authorize this charge the response was that according to
the FCC or FTC they have to allow anyone to bill charges!!
After putting up enough of a stink they did reverse charges for the past 3 months but stated they could not guarantee that they wont get more bills from them!!! HOW DO I STOP THIS!!???
I called integretel during regular business hours but got a recording telling me to leave a message.. THIS REALLY SUCKS
