Integretel/NBWC Fraudulent billing on my Verizon phone bill for unknown website Internet

I am a victim of fraudulent charges added to my phone bill. I was charged $19.95 on 1/4/04, 1/11/04 and 1/18/04 for a total of $62.63 (with taxes and surcharges added). I DID NOT authorize these.

I called Integretel and asked who they were. They are a billing company for different businesses. I explained the problem and asked who NBWC was. The operator said they were National Broadband Webcasting.

After asking me if I signed up for their services at any time, or anyone who had access to my computer signed up for their services, I explained I had never heard of NBWC.

I was surprised when she said she would remove the charges and send them back to NBWC; it seemed too easy. I then asked for contact information for NBWC, she had none.
