This site promises background checks etc. They immediately accesses your acct to get their money but when you log on your ID & passwords don't work. If you can get them to work you are constantly brought back to the same site that says that more info is available for the $29.95 that they just took from you. There are no numbers to contact anyone. When you contact them by email you receive an automatic reply that someone will contact you within 48hrs. Needless to say this never occurs.
My second complaint asking for how to cancel and the possibility of my discussing this with the State Attorney General has met with the same response, "in 48hrs". Would love to have them answer here, my email or with a refund. My best advise is stay as far away from this site as possible. Researched other sites & there seems to have been many others like me with the same complaints. Beware of this site!!!!!

They Got Me Too...

AUTHOR: Stym - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, September 19, 2010

Like all the others, I signed up for services with this company on the basis of a three day trial service. Once I paid for the service and attempted to submit a name, I was redirect to another section of their website that requested I pay $29.95 to retrieve the information. Per their website's policy and procedures, In order to prevent charges being withdrawn on my account passed the three day trial period, I submitted a request to cancel within minutes of signing up with them. Four days later, they hit my account up for the $29.95. I've attempted to email them at a ~second notice~ to an email address provided under their "terms & conditions" only to get a return email stating there was an error in sending and the email address didn't exist. I filed for an unauthorized use under my pay pal account and awaiting the outcome of their investigation.

Do not, and I repeat DO NOT attempt to open an account for service with this company. It is a dummy company that will gain access to your account, take your money, and run. YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE NOR A REFUND FROM THEM. Run like a bat out of hell, and in the interim, cancel the credit card you used with them. If you paid via pay pal, attempt to file a claim (within 45 days) for fraud/unauthorized use. If anyone can attempt to get the Attorney General of these folks, please let me know. I as good as in...
