Intelius ripoff, misleading, deceptive, no customer service, scamming thieves, know how to get around the legal system Bellevue Washington

Information given by the Intelius website (www.intelius.com), leading up to the sale, is misleading and deceptive. The site indicates that you will receive information that ultimately is not provided. I even paid extra for a supposed utility confirmed premium confirmation service of any and all phone numbers for my brother. I was not provided with even one single phone number, past or present.

Additionally, one of the lead up to the sale pages indicated that Intelius showed addresses for the person that I am trying to locate in more than one state. I was only provided with addresses in one stateNew Mexico. Now they have my money and did not provide the service that they advertised.

It is stealingno different than taking someone's money at a retail establishment then, at the last second, informing the person that the merchant, in fact, does not have the product that they claimed they had and refusing to return the monies paidtheft, any way you look at it. Not to mention false advertising.

Intelius should not be allowed to clean up by doing this.
