Well like most of you here, I got the PMIdentity charge on my account and had to call and wait and wait and wait to finally get the credit. I did not check on the box for that service, I'm sure of it. But I was charged anyway. THEN... The report I ordered was an email address report. Out of 150 addresses only 2 were valid. Long story short: I called customer service, emailed them, and got no answers. Finally I did get promised a credit for the service. SURPRISE! No credit on my account. So a month of unanswered email and phone calls and finally a credit. So I decide that I'm tired of people working in the customer service industry and want answers for the rude CSR's and unanswered emails and I was told via email:

How is that for service???? Unreal, and people just get away with it! Stay away from this company there are others that offer services and have polite CSR's.

I JUST HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION WITH A WOMAN FROM INTELIUS. They called me back after anther recent email from me to them. Seems that there was an error and the email address I was using CUSTSERV@GMAIL.COM was phony. Which I realized shortly after the poop in a shoe email. The email address Custserv@gmail.com address then emailed me a picture of poop and went on to tell me how the employees there are chained to their desks in the morning and only allowed bread and water. The man in crazy and someone the emails had been mixed up.
Not only that but the individual that I had dealt with before from Intelius via phone was "let go". He was rude and was also the reason that I didn't get responses from me email to Intelius. She also explained to me how the mix up occurred with the PMIdentity and which button I clicked. They are working on or have already fixed the problem. The woman was very nice and made sense of the whole thing. I WILL continue to use Intelius since I've got 2 great stories from information that I have already received from them from times I've used them in the past!
