Intelligent Investigations - Not A True Background Check Rip off Internet

I ordered a report for a background check from this company for $29.95. All I got was a real estate report. It included an ownership history for a property the subject no longer owns, tracing it back prior to his birth. It did not include a criminal check, as it is known that he has a criminal background. The company said that they had the best seach ability and that they could not report on things that may not have been recorded. They also could not say where this individual worked. I found where he worked doing a simple google search. Unreal. Very poor information. I paid through paypal and they can not get a refund on non-tangible items. Don't waste your money with this company.
