Intelligent office AKA Donna Callen Unprofessional untrustworthy selfish unfair Schaumburg Illinois

As someone who knew Donn Callen and the company, she is completely unprofessional. Before her husband passed away, they would argue in the front office all the time. After Dan passed, she has had no idea how to run a company. She doesn't care about her employees. She cares about herself and her family and that is all. She wants to take the short cut on everything and whatever is the cheapest. This is not always best for the customers she is supposed to be caring about. She even lashes out on the telephone to their client's customers!! She always tries to over talk whoever she is in an argument with on the phone. There have been many complaints about her especially from the doctors office they answer phones for. She doesn't help her employees to move forward in life or move up. She even argued with them everytime they wanted to use their earned personal time. Problems never get fixed with her and the phone lines are screwed up. If you call their main number and try to get sales, it says the call cannot be completed. Shouldn't that be fixed? That just shows how much she doesn't care about her company. If someone doesn't pay their bill on time she is quick to say she is cutting their services off. She truly is a selfish person who has no idea how to run a business and truly shouldn't be. I DO NOT recommend going to this intelligent office at all. I cannot speak for the franchise but the intelligent office of Schaumburg is a joke!
