Larry Yellon is the name he uses today. But the name that gives him notoriety in the process serving industry is the one associated with his mode of operations in process serving.  That name is Norman Yellon. When you google Norman Yellon you will find a litany of allegations against him by numerous unrelated people identifying him as untrustworthy in the legal services industry. 

In fact in 1999 Norman now known as Larry was ostracized by the National Association of Professional  Process Servers in its trade magazine. The article called him a sewer server had numerous interviews from unrelated person all referencing Larry Yellons sewer services, notary frauds, perjury and forgery to the court. Even Hofstra university rang in calling his actions horrendous to the legal services industry.

Now lets moved forward  15 years. HOFSTRA university has him as an adjunct professor teaching the student the art of his survival. In the midst of his current life he bring into his shared office William Mlotok who the FTC and the CFPB wrote Amicus brief in the Federal Circuit 2 court of appeals regarding Mlotok being in control of a company that is alleged served 93,000 sewer serves ending when the office was shuttered by the lawsuit in 2010. That is when Yellon brought Mr Mlotok in to his office for a Yellon form of redemption.

It is a grand ripoff that Yellon would now be leading the industry and shows those who would put him in such position at Hofstra of the associations are hell bent at destroying integrity by replicating Yellon types in business.  Larry Yellon is attacking process servers who reveal this fraud he is perpetrating on an industry. Yellon and all his ilk are bad people using IRS tax exempt facilities such as National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and New York State Professional Process Servers Association (NYSPPSA) (Yellon is a director and officer on both) to get tax breaks. Then secreting away the finances to build private for profit opportunities such as the New York City approved Independent Server software Program house and related connections to Larry’s position on the non profit NYSPPSA board.
