As a small business owner I understand there are many preditorial companies out there but this one is by far the worst.  They charge 499.99 down and 69.99 a month (who knows for how long) on what they call "Credit" because they supposedly report to "all the credit bureaus"  Then when you buy (which they email you to death on "CREDIT" emails) they stop answer calls and returning messages.  I spoke with an Aaron once and he made lots of empty promises but seemed to be bothered with talking to me.  90 days later I still don't have a website.  I filled out the form and got acknowledgement from a "Chris" (who knows probably all the same person) and stated it would take under two weeks.  It was never done, I have called 10 times and no one answers and  voicemail boxes are full and seem to have the name of Greg and not Aaron.  I will be charging back and filing other complaints online.  AVOID this company at all cost.  They don't offer credit, there works seems to be below that of a do it yourself website or template and it seems as though they can take your money but not fulfill anything.  If i would of read the other complaint about Inter-Tech Communications prior I would of gone with another company.  www.itc123.com or biz (seems they keep changing it) looks like someone did it themselves with no knowledge of HTML or Java.  BEWARE.  Do your homework.

If you truly are a customer of ours, we would like to assist you and help rectify whatever possible situation you may have.  In the last few years, I can count on two hands the number of truly dis-satisfied customers that I have heard from, and most of the time I am always able to resolve the issue.  Please contact our offices directly and we will help you!

   Your posting mentions that We at Inter-Tech Communications do not offer credit, and that could not be further from the truth.  We offer our customers the options of paying CASH or CREDIT, unlike most other companies out there that require cash payments up front, we allow our customers to pay NET30 or INSTALLMENT payments.  Few, if any, web design companies out there will allow you to pay on credit, but we are the only company that I know of that allows customers to pay over time!  That allows many of our small business customers to survive by managing their cash flow and paying out over time while we do the work up front and at our expense.   Most business owners are honest hard working people that are looking for options to grow their business... we are proud to offer Credit to our small business customers on an as needed basis.  If your company does not want or need credit, you are welcome to pay discounted "cash" prices with us as well.  We offer a variety of payment options to our customers!  We appreciate your business and look forward to helping our customer's businesses grow!

Dear Mr or Ms. Davis, in an effort to try to assist you, I have searched our customer database and I can not find any record of a KDavis or anyone in Atlanta Georgia with those initials or name.  You posting seems designed to show a negative light on our company but your complaint is completely false.  We DO EXTEND CREDIT to our customers, and you seem to imply that we don't, yet you say that you WERE in fact extended credit?  You say you don't have a website yet I am not able to find your customer information in our system, if you are a legitimate customer, I can assure you that I will personally assure that you are taken care of.  Out of our thousands of customers, I can count on two hands (less than 10) the number of legitimate customers or complaints that I have seen over the years.  We are generally able to resolve any issue you may be having.  We try to address every single complaint or concern that we may get, so if you can please tell me your company name or some information I can definitely try to assist you!!!  I want to make sure that your concerns are addressed!  We allow all of our customers to pay cash up front, if you were billed on credit, but you preferred to pay cash up front we can certainly have changed that for you.  The default option for all customers is that they can pay in full up front or if they are a business, they can use their business credit account with us.  Whichever option you choose, I will be sure to make sure that you are taken care of!!!
