This company is a sham, run by a con-man, the president Michael Rabern. He advertises this company as an investigative agency, however, there is little investigative work done by the agency itself.
The work is often farmed out to contractors in the field, and all too often these contractors are not even paid for the work they do. As a result there are very few reputable investigators that will even consider working with these clowns.
 Many times if an investigation can even get assigned,  it is to whatever investigator is available or desperate enough.
 Often these individuals do slip-shod work and the investigation suffers, and customers are the losers having spent hard earned money on a substandard product. As a customer you will have to sign a ridiculous contract in which this idiot Rabern manipulates in order not to pay refunds.
It is not just customers and contractors who have been ripped off by this low-life. Employees who have the misfortune of working for the company are and have been scammed out of pay and benefits.
This miser will not even pay you a livable wage. He promises commissions which he won't pay in a timely manner.
If you have a legitimate complaint with the company, good luck in trying to have it addressed. This coward Rabern hides behind any and all loop-holes, employees, excuses that he can throw in your direction. If you do manage to speak with him, he will just lie to you, as he is a habitual liar.
I would urge anyone thinking of doing business with this organization to re-consider, at best you will be disappointed and at worst you will be completely ripped off.
