International Design AKA Scentura Creations, Run By Joel Spence & Tiffany Harmon They suck at what they do Warren Michigan

The Scentura opportunity is very real, I actually went thru the training program not too long ago. I took leave for personal reasons, but while I was in training I was making decent money by doing things the right way.

I met people that had started in the company the same way I had, by being recruited from a newspaper add. I also saw not one, but two teams of people promoted out of training to their own distribution centers. They seem to be doing just fine. The problems with International Design lay not with Scentura Creations, the supplier of their product, but with the people who run it, a Mr Joel Spence and Mrs Tiffany Harmon. In case you dont know yet they have the cute little kid who runs around the office. Joel looks like a pothead ganster from the gutter with a nice watch and new gold teeth. Tiffany claims to have once been skinny, but the baby added a few pounds. Her hair color also changed 4 or 5 times while i was there. Physical appearances have nothing to do with retardness however.

They DO NOT know how to keep their trainees excited about their opportunity, instead they rely on senior trainees to keep the newer ones excited. Instead of working with their people when the going gets tough, they b***h to the senior trainees from what i saw and delegate more work to them, as if it was their fault. They are still trainees, granted they were there a few weeks before I was. Come on people, a few more weeks experience does not allow you to put off your responsibility on your senior trainees. Here's the good part, they say they work with people to get them out of training in five to eight weeks, but i saw several people who had been there three months at least, still working because they were willing to put up with the bs of being held there just because they wanted an office so bad.

People that just cant sell the perfume like others are kept behind like retards that cant conplete kindergarden, only joel and tiffany are the special ed kids, not the people who try but cant. they dont try to improve these people, they just keep them around hoping to make some extra loot off them before they relize they suck and they arent being helped. what you can do with scentura is very real guys, but very few people can do it, especially a select few with these morons.

If i were you and your looking at this right now, wondering whether you should go back, if you really think its for you, dont put up with their ways, or go to another city and find some people that are doing the training program right. question everything they do just to safeguard yourself and youll be on the right track. represent
